親愛的朋友：
　
首先我們要對辛苦的醫護與防疫人員致上最大的敬意與感謝，並對全球正受到新型冠狀病毒所苦的人們表達關心。
　
由本會於2019年即積極籌辦之第三屆Dot Go兒童藝術節，近日因新型冠狀病毒疫情不見趨緩，考量到參與者健康安全，在經歷多次審慎評估後，非常遺憾我們決議將今年7月10日至19日的藝術節活動，延至2021年7月舉辦。
　
感謝已受邀國內外團隊及貴賓諒解，同時，我們也要對所有期待藝術節到來的朋友致上最深的歉意，雖然藝術節延期，我們仍會在允許的範圍內規劃適合大家參與的活動，請朋友們持續關注與支持。
　
我們會堅持在這裡，並衷心期待明年Dot Go兒童藝術節與大家高雄相聚！

The COVID-19 is attacking the whole world and the situation is uncertain. Under this circumstance, we are forced to make our difficult decision to postpone the Taiwan Dot Go Children’s Art Festival to July 2021.
　
We sincerely hope we can see you all when the festival is re-hosted.
